We do not use this policy to list every field or screen in the App; your organisation can explain what you are expected to record.

Sharing

Data may be shared with service providers that host, secure, or support the App or related systems, under contract and appropriate safeguards. It may also be shared where your organisation directs (for example, with other parts of the same organisation or partner agencies according to policy), or where the law requires.

How long information is kept depends on your organisation’s records-management rules, applicable law, and the purpose for which the data was collected. Specific retention periods should be confirmed with your organisation.

Reasonable technical and organisational measures are applied to protect information against unauthorised access, loss, or misuse. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; users should follow device and account security guidance issued by their organisation.

Your rights

Depending on where you live and your role, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete certain personal information, or to object to or restrict some processing. Many requests must be handled by the organisation that controls the data.
